Siapkan limau nipis yang dicampur kapur sirih. Setelah mandi, sapukan campuran ini pada ketiak dan biarkan beberapa waktu sebelum dibasuh. Lakukan pagi dan petang.

Perahkan sebiji limau kasturi ke dalam piring. Campurkan perahan limau kasturi tadi dengan sedikit garam. Kemudian, gosokkan campuran di atas pada bahagian pakaian yang terkena minyak. Lepas digosok, biarkannya selama 5 hingga 10 minit. Kesan minyak itu akan hilang nanti. Akhir sekali, barulah anda basuh pakaian tadi bersama dengan pakaian lain macam biasa.

So this was the second dish at TAAN Bangkok (besides the crispy pork belly) that had our eyes boggling once we sampled.
The Spiny Lobster from Ranong cured in fish sauce with frozen green chili and royal project caviar. Inspired by "Kung che nam pla" (raw prawns cured with lime, garlic, mint and fish sauce), but in this case the lobster is cured in fresh water fish sauce from Sukhothai, providing saltiness with a cleaner taste and gentle aroma. What really sealed the deal however was that green chili sauce! With texture thick like mustard, a creamy nuttiness and complex peppery heat, the spice sensation would hit the palate suddenly then ease gently away. Fascinating stuff.
This sauce alone is evident of the talent, that is yet to be fully exploited. The only comment here I would make is to serve it on a chilled flat plate, as beautiful as the "splash" bowl was, the slipping and sliding on ice made the dining experience a tad awkward. @

勤扭腰便秘速速走
清晨5時至7時(卯時)為大腸經循行時間,此時大腸活動最為活躍,最易排便。但現代都市人少有那麼早起床,更遑論上廁所排便,加上飲食失調、缺乏運動、工作緊張、每天久站或久坐,都容易引致便秘,雖不是大病但卻令人感到困擾!
有輕微便秘問題的話,不妨每天起床花數分鐘時間,做做轉腰運動,可刺激腸部蠕動,加上穴位按摩,有助紓緩便秘問題。如果問題嚴重,還是要諮詢醫師啊!
轉腰刺激腸蠕動
此轉腰運動最好空腹時間做,運動後喝杯暖水。
1. 仰臥在床上,雙手自然放在身體兩側,輕輕抬起右腳膝蓋,倒向身體左側,同時將臉轉向右側,維持5秒,然後腳和臉回到起點。
2. 輕輕抬起左腳膝蓋,倒向身體右側,同時將臉轉向左側,維持5秒。此為一組動作,重覆做十次。
按壓天樞穴
位置:腹中部,肚臍旁邊2寸(約3指寬度),腹直肌中。以大拇指或掌根按揉50次。
功效:天樞為大腸經的郄穴,揉按此穴可促進大腸經的氣血運行,改善腹脹便秘。
Move your abs to relieve constipation
From 5-7am, the large intestine meridian flows, and this is the time when your large intestine is the most active making it easiest for bowel movement. But very few people wake up that early nowadays, coupled with poor dietary habits, lack of exercise, stressful work, standing or sitting too long, it can easily lead to constipation. It’s not a major illness but it can be quite bothersome!
If you have constipation, try doing some ab exercises when you wake up to get your intestine moving and also try some acupoint massages to relieve constipation. If you the issue is serious, then remember to consult a Chinese medicine practitioner!
Ab exercise to get your intestine moving
It is best to do this with an empty stomach and drink a glass of warm water after.
1. Lie flat on your bed and naturally place your hands on two sides of you body. Gently lift your right knees and push towards the left side of your bed and turn your face towards the right side. Keep for 5 seconds and return your face and leg to original position.
2. Gently lift your left knee and push towards the right side of your body and turn your face towards the left side and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat this set of exercise 10 times.
Tianshu Point (Celestial Pivot)
Location: Center of the abdomen, two inches (3 finger-breadths) from the belly button.
Usage: Use both thumbs or bottom of your palms and press for 50 times.
Effects: Regulates the intestines to improve qi and blood circulation. Relieves abdominal bloating and constipation.

泡發香菇 40公克 shiitake mushroom 40g

醬油 2大匙 soy sauce 2tbsp.

鹹豬肉 1條 salted pork 1pcs
作法
1. 熱烤盤調到最高溫,放上鹹豬肉乾煎至焦香且逼出油,將鹹豬肉先移一旁。
2. 放入蝦米、紅蔥碎炒香,放入米苔目炒勻。
3. 加入醬油、白胡椒粉與水、蔥段炒香。
4. 再將鹹豬肉剪成小塊,按保溫功能就能上桌。
炒飯+煎鯖魚
材料
白飯 2碗 steamed rice 2bowl
雞蛋 2顆 egg
薄鹽鯖魚 2片 salted mackerel 2pcs
鹽 1/2茶匙 salt 1/2tsp.
白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙 white pepper powder 1/2tsp.
作法
1. 熱烤盤調到最高溫,放上薄鹽鯖魚煎至表面略焦香且逼出魚油,將鯖魚移至一旁。
2. 放入白飯,放入蛋炒散,再放入白飯炒至粒粒分明。
3. 放入蔥花、鹽與白胡椒調味,按保溫功能即可。
炒麵+太陽蛋
材料
油麵 400公克 alkaline noodle 400g
高麗菜 150公克 cabbage 150g
五花肉片 150公克 pork belly 150g
燒肉醬 4大匙 japenese BBQ sauce 4tbsp.
雞蛋 2顆 egg
蔥花 適量 scallion
作法
1. 熱烤盤調到最高溫,放上五花肉片炒至肉色變白且出油,將肉移至一旁。
2. 放入油麵,利用五花肉的油將油麵煎至略焦香。
3. 再將麵與五花肉拌炒均勻。
4. 加入高麗菜炒勻後,加入燒肉醬拌炒。
5. 將炒麵移至一旁,打入雞蛋煎至略凝固,撒上蔥花,按保溫就能享用即可。
炒粿仔條+椒麻雞
材料

粿仔條 350公克 flat rice noodles 350g
豆干丁 40公克 extra firm tofu 40g
蘿蔔干丁 30公克 preserved radish 30g

作法
1. 熱烤盤調到最高溫,雞皮朝下放入雞腿排,煎至焦香出油,將雞腿翻面移至一旁。
2. 放入蒜末、紅蔥末利用雞油炒香,再放入豆干丁、蘿蔔干丁與蝦米炒香,再移至一旁。
3. 放入雞蛋炒散,再放入粿仔條炒勻。
4. 加入魚露、淡醬油調味,再放入韭菜、銀芽與檸檬汁炒勻。
5. 這時候雞腿也差不多好了,將雞腿剪成適當大小,按保溫功能。
6. 粿仔條上撒上花生碎與辣椒碎,雞腿淋上混合好的材料B即可。

材料:
白菜 1/4株
豚バラ肉薄切り 200g
にんにく(スライス) 2片
酒 大さじ2
みりん 大さじ2
白だし 大さじ1
ピザ用チーズ 50g
ポン酢 適量
作り方:
1.白菜は1枚ずつはがし、豚肉と交互に重ねて5cm幅に切る。
2.鍋の縁に沿って(1)を敷き詰め、にんにくを散らす。酒、みりん、白だしを回しかけ、蓋をして中火で1分煮込む。
3.具材に火が通ったら蓋を外して、チーズを散らす。
4.再び蓋を閉めて火を止め、3分ほど蒸らしたら、完成!お好みでポン酢をつけていただく。
中華風しびれ鍋
2人分
材料:
木綿豆腐(3cm角) 1丁
豚ひき肉 250g
もやし 1袋
ニラ(3cm幅) 50g
長ねぎ(みじん切り) 1/2本
にんにく(すりおろし) 小さじ1
生姜(すりおろし) 小さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
花椒(粉) 小さじ1
ごま油 大さじ1
水 800ml
(A)鶏ガラスープの素 大さじ1
(A)みそ 大さじ2
(A)しょうゆ 大さじ1
(A)豆板醤 小さじ2
(A)火椒(粉) 小さじ2
(A)唐辛子 2本
作り方:
1.フライパンにごま油、にんにく、生姜を入れて火にかけ、香りが立ったら、豚ひき肉を加えて炒める。色が変わったら長ねぎを加えて炒め合わせ、花椒、塩、コショウで味を整える。
2.鍋に水、(A)の調味料を入れて混ぜ合わせ、中火にかける。沸騰したら木綿豆腐、もやし、ニラを加えてしんなりするまで煮込む。
3.(1)を(2)の上に乗せ、仕上げに糸唐辛子をトッピングしたら、完成!

Mille-Feuille Cheese Hot Pot
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
¼ chinese cabbage, leaves separated
200 grams sliced pork belly
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoon shiro dashi
2 tablespoon mirin
50 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
Ponzu sauce, for serving
PREPARATION
1. Lay a cabbage leaf on a flat surface and stack 2 slices of pork belly on top. Repeat with the remaining cabbage and pork belly.
2. Turn the stack over and cut into 5-centimeter-thick slices.
3. Set the cabbage slices, cut side up, in a medium pot. Add the garlic, sake, shiro dashi, and mirin. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top and cover again. Cook for 3 minutes more, until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve with ponzu sauce for dipping.
7. Enjoy!
Szechuan Pepper Hot Pot
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
250 grams ground pork
50 grams scallion, minced
3 teaspoons Szechuan pepper, divided
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
800 milliliters water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons miso
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
2 teaspoons doubanjiang
2 whole red peppers
50 grams Chinese chives, roughly chopped
300 grams tofu, diced
250 grams bean sprouts
Shredded red peppers
PREPARATION
1. In a medium pan over low heat, combine the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes, until fragrant.
2. Add the ground pork and stir until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the scallions and fry for 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of Szechuan pepper, salt, and black pepper and fry for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
3. In a medium pot over medium heat, combine the water, soy sauce, miso, chicken stock powder, doubanjiang, the remaining 2 teaspoons of Szechuan pepper, and the whole red peppers. Stir and bring to a boil.
4. Add Chinese chives, tofu, and bean sprouts. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.
5. Add the seasoned ground pork and stir to combine.
6. Garnished with shredded red peppers.
7. Enjoy!

WATERMELON & COCONUT WATER (serves 3)
1) 1 cup Watermelon, cubes
2) 2 tbsps. Fresh Mint Leaves
3) ½ Lime, sliced
4) ½ Lemon, sliced
5) 2 cups Fresh Coconut Water
6) Ice Cubes
Step:
In a jar, add ice cubes, coconut water, watermelon cubes, slices of lemon, lime and mint leaves. Stir and enjoy chilled!
GREEN TEA & LEMON DETOX WATER (serves 3)
1) 2 cups Green Tea (infuse 2 green tea bags with 2 cups of hot water)
2) 2 tbsps. Lemon Juice
3) Few lemon slices
4) 1 tbsp. Honey
5) Ice Cubes
Steps:
1) Steep tea in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
2) In a jar, add ice cubes, green tea, honey, and lemon slices. Stir and enjoy chilled!
BARLEY MINT DETOX WATER (serves 3)
1) ¼ cup Pearl Barley
2) 3 cups Water
3) 1 tbsp. Honey
4) 1 bunch Fresh Mint
5) Ice Cubes
Steps
1) Wash and place barley in a small pot with 3 cups of water.
2) Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 15 -20 minutes or until the barley is tender.
3) In a jar, add ice cubes, barley water, honey, and mint leaves. Stir and enjoy chilled!
LEMONGRASS & LIME DETOX WATER (serves 3)
1) 2 large Lemongrass, white part only
2) 2 cups Water
3) 1 tbsp. lime juice
4) A few lime slices
5) Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves
6) 1 tbsp. Honey
7) Ice Cubes
Steps:
1) Bring water to the boil over high heat in a pot.
2) Bruise the lemongrass stalks to release the oils and place into the boiling water.
3) Simmer covered for approximately 30 minutes. Allow it to chill.
4) In a jar, add ice cubes, and pour the lemongrass water into the jar, then add lime juice, honey, lime slices and mint leaves. Stir and enjoy chilled!
COCONUT CUCUMBER COOLER (serves 3)
1) 2 cups Coconut Water
2) ¼ Cucumbers, thinly sliced
3) 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
4) ½ Lime, sliced
5) Ice Cubes
